This is a great starter bike and works without any problems as long as you get a professional to put it together. I originally bought this same bike from walmart and the rear derailer broke after two rides. This wasn't the manufactures fault but the fault of walmart who had an un-experienced kid put my bike together. I took the entire bike, broken part and all, to Bicycle World and they told me it was a great bike, that it was just assembled poorly. Learned my lesson. Will never deal with walmart and their awful customer service again.
Also comes with an Allen wrench and another tool that will make any future repairs a breeze and it was really easy to install my water bottle holder.
